Guangdong Holdings Limited ("GD Holdings", formerly known as “Guangdong Yue Gang Investment Holdings Company Limited” and “Guangdong Holdings Limited”) is an investment holding company established in January 2000. GD Holdings is a provincial, state-owned company which is under the supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the People's Government of Guangdong Province.
GD Holdings has total assets value of over RMB180 billion and employs around 18000 employees at present. The group's business activities include public utilities and infrastructure, manufacturing, real estate, hotel and hotel management, property management, retail and wholesale, finance, etc. The group takes capital investment as its core business, and invests mainly in business sectors including water and water environment management, urban complex development and related services, modern industrial park development and investment .
GD Holdings is currently the largest Guangdong Province’s state-owned conglomerate operating outside mainland China. Four of its subsidiaries are listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, namely:

In addition, Guangdong Yuehai Huajin Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of GD Holdings, has been listed on the National Small and Medium Enterprise Share Transfer System.
